Subtle oaky, vanilla, and booze from the bourbon barrels. After sipping on this the Oktoberfest starts to come through with light biscuity flavor, caramel malt and floral hops. Initially wasn't sure, but solid beer for what they intended to do with it.

This one grew on me, and really started to enjoy it as it warmed a bit. A solid 4.0

Juicy, Grapefruit zest, resinous, mango, orange, and finishes soft and dry. Well done brew, and looking forward to this hitting the shelf. More like a 4.15

Roasted malts, toffee, molasses, hint of dark fruit, and finishes rather dry, piney, and bitter. The booze actually hides pretty well with this. Hard to believe I haven't had a barleywine in years, as that use to be my jam.

Slight sweetness of chocolate and maple syrup, coffee, and a huge heap of bourbon. Very enjoyable
