Beautiful frothy and creamy head with an amazing raspberry nose. Definitely fruity but the froth is so creamy. Slight hint of sour but not sustained.

Two years in the making. Last time I had this was at the first Untappd Beer Fest in 2019!!! Still hits like a ton of bricks…or a ton of feathers. Can’t tell. Tastes of fudge and dark coffee notes. Lovely stuff.

Dark and delicious. Not as smooth as other dark stouts…not a milk stout. Definite coffee nodes and strong flavor.
