Solidly balanced with a slight bitterness in finish counterbalancing the sweeter caramel malt notes endemic to the style.

Was not sure what to expect from this one but it is actually a really nice mix of sweet agave, bitter grapefruit, salt and booze. The agave syrup makes it sweeter than I was expecting but it is welcome and balanced by the other flavours.

My last bottle. Has more or less plateaued since my last tasting, with perhaps some further fading of the barrel presence. More chocolate than coffee, but elements of both.

Zippy! A little tangy and fruity. Interesting n/a beer. Tropical fruit aroma and flavour, but not really citrusy…more like pineapple, mango kind of vibes to me. Nice. The zippy/tart edge is subtle and different than most n/a beers.

Today’s n/a beer is a bit different! Drinks slightly tart, slightly sweet. Has a mild grapey element to it (maybe since it has Riesling grape juice in it? 😉) Quite refreshing. Curious what some of the other Limbo themed n/a beers will be like.

Passed its prime. Still displaying some nice coffee and chocolate notes, but not once it was once fresh.

Nice punch of fresh raspberry with a tart finish. A little bit acidic but not bad.

Still struggling to wrap my taste buds around lambics, although this isn't terrible. There's some nice green apple notes upfront - tart, but refreshing. The back-end gets a little bit over-the-top funky and sour for me, but it's drinkable.
