Seven years of aging, the label long gone, this has acquired a bit of a barleywine character more so than a Belgian, as the candi sugar nature is gone…but it still does not come across as ~18%. Sipper.

Last of the four-pack. Definitely seems a bit more mellow, with the chocolate faded and some caramel and bourbon coming through. Though the booze is a bit more muted as well.
