Beautiful honeysuckle flavor at the outset but as it warms I get a lot of the banana band-aid phenol flavor which is eh

Almost an odd powdered sugar taste. Very soft beer- perhaps has lactose?

Dank, herbaceous (a hint of lavender?), pineapple. Fruity without being overpowering. A bit too much malty sweetness but gives good body.

The peach really compliments the lambic flavors well. Not the best spontan but enjoyable all the same
