2020 vintage of this is so good. TONS of cognac influence. Oaky, huge horsey and sweaty funk, vinous white grape, stone fruit tartness, musty hay.

2016. Cherry skin, hint of cinnamon, oak, corky funk, big tannic backbone, some vinegar and acetic sourness, wet hay. Would like a little more cherry but still - absolutely delicious.

Tart raspberry tootsie pop, lightly jammy, hint of oxidation starting but overall doing extremely well considering the age.

Tons of maple, wood, raisins, little caramel, and some anise in the finish. Best thing I’ve had from Founders in a while.
