I love this style, and this is a great example! Light, loads of sharp apple flavour and a dry finish…so much flavour for just 5%

Sad that I got the last one the Paper mill had. But, pleased I got the last one the Paper Mill had! Had to be me, someone else might have gotten it wrong.

Mind blowing. Tastes like a proper American sour apple candy. It’s sweet, it’s apple, it’s lip smacking tart. It’s, incredible.

March ‘19 bottle - always fantastic - distinct flavour, beautiful tart, fresh and fruity flavours. Marvellous stuff as always.
