I was not expecting much. Berries and stouts typically are really good or smacky pucker fake jolly rancher taste. I was pleasantly surprised as this wasn’t the latter. I would say fantastic but certainly better than average for the style.

Saw a four pack on the cheap at Lowe’s foods and Jason P. Was panning this today so I bought it and had one with supper. The BCBS can wait another day.

The first sip was good. And then it wasn’t. It tasted like raisins. Like full on raisin and nothing else. Couldn’t get past it. Most KBS variants have been decent but this and espresso have been hard fails.

Working on a subday morning breakfast stout tradition. Got my 9 miles in, then enjoyed this with a homemade breakfast sammich (bacon/egg/cheese)

Susan made deep dish. We enjoyed a fantastic addition to KBS lineup. Right up there with CBS. Coffee, chocolate, maple...it has it all.
