Founders barrel aged series seems to be weaker than previous years or my tastes have changed drastically

This (1) beer was $9... its 20% ABV... I’m not a fan but I don’t hate it. Incredibly strong flavor that really sticks to the tongue and is almost like wine. Brothers David and Scott claim it was disgusting.
