I think this is a 2014, bottle manufactured 2013. Very smooth considering the sky-high ABV. Malty. Pretty much a barleywine.

I didn't mean to age this for 4 years. Oops. Keeping old rating, since this is now a malty mess. No off-flavors, though, thankfully.

Still fairly boozy despite aging nearly 4 years, but thankfully hasn't diminished otherwise. Full of sweet fudgy chocolate, along with a fair amount of roasted malt bitterness and coffee to balance. Only getting a little maple, mostly in the aftertaste.

Bottled date is wearing off but I think it says 2013, so aged over 10 years. Keeping old rating since it seems to have gotten some off flavors, but it's very smooth. Sweet but not too sweet.

Aged 5 years and got quite smooth as a result, with no off flavors. Typical good balance of bourbon and chocolate and coffee as expected.
Aged 5 years. Flavors seem slightly more muted than I remember. Plenty of coffee, though, and a moderate amount of bourbon. A bit boozy, as expected. Doesn't seem improved by time, keeping old rating.

Pretty good flavor for a low ABV session IPA. Fairly crisp and clean. Moderate bitterness and a little maltiness.
Huge amount of grapefruit aroma and flavor. A little lime. Somewhat sweet. Low bitterness.

Bottled 7/23/2013, aged over 10 years. Held up surprisingly well, with no off-flavors. Sweet and malty. Boozy but surprisingly drinkable considering the sky-high ABV. Some hop bitterness but mostly subdued.

Really nice for a session IPA. Fruity, hoppy flavors with low bitterness despite plenty of hops. Slightly sweet.

Not as good as the regular All Day but still pretty good for a session IPA. Fairly bitter as West Coast implies, though without as much maltiness.
Huge amount maple aroma and flavor. Boozy but still fairly smooth. Quite sweet but enough bitterness to balance.
Aged 5 years. Not noticing any oxidation, thankfully. Fairly smooth for what it is, but definitely still a bit boozy. Coffee and chocolate come through stronger than the bourbon.

Lots of hazelnut flavor overpowers most of the other flavors. Very rich, with a lot of mouthfeel, almost syrupy. Plenty of dark chocolate too.
Hoppy, with some good piney and citrusy flavors. Moderate bitterness. Better than the hazy version. Hops cover the alcohol well.
Lots of fresh hops. Not a huge fan of the nutty hop characteristics though. Moderate bitterness. Fairly sweet.
Cinnamon comes through strong, along with some vanilla in the aftertaste. Smooth. Thinner body than expected. Definitely not as good as regular KBS though.
Aged almost 8 years, bottle date 10/22/13. Past its peak, unfortunately (keeping original rating). Lots of coffee and good body. Moderate to high roasted malt bitterness. Smooth.
Forgot how good this was. Quite sweet and a bit syrupy, but also with lots of dark chocolate and coffee bitterness to balance. Maple is almost as strong as the bourbon.
Sweet and fruity. Not getting much Belgian characteristics but there is plenty of yuzu. Light tartness. Pretty good for a non-alcoholic beer.
Fairly sweet with a fair amount of hop bitterness, though no fresh hop aromas. A bit of a tangy flavor.
