I get I hint of chocolate and an appropriate amount of bourbon. The bourbon level is nearly perfect, not over powering but noticeable. Not heap of coffee flavor either. Somehow this works and Sparky the Beer Hound recommends.

This is a *lot* of beer but it’s got such a good slow burn that I’m here for it.

Not tart at all. Has a fermented kind of wine taste.

A substantial amount of oats and wheat lend a whimsical fogginess, while Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo hops create an explosion of aroma. Pretty good.
