Raspberry laces tossed liberally over a thin layer of air dried raspberry pulp with the pips still present on the nose; taste is odd & rather artificial, cherry essence & blue raspberry slush puppy, but there is a fleeting tanninic musty oak barrel twang.

Desert & sour cherry pulp, lemony young gueuze, (white-) peppery funk & musty old oak barrels on the nose; taste is rich, creamy & very oaky cherry purée, gentle lactic acidity & funk; then sweet & sour cherry, very musty oak tannins & creamy brett funk.
