Think pulped blueberries liberally drizzled in balsamic. Tinges of oak and tobacco tannins throughout and a little funk and soft minerals to finish.

I don’t do sours but that is great. Really refreshing & hides the 9.9% really well.

Thick blueberry juice with a very dry skins mouthfeel, & super sour. Would love to try all the spontanblueberries in a tasting to see what the differences are! Tried a few & love them all!

Difficult to overstate how good this is. Tart, sharp, zingy, deep, like great quality blueberry jam. And how the he'll is it nearly 10%?? Stunning quality
