It’s Friday! Boggles the mind this marks my first Breakfast Stout check-in since 2015 when I finished a 4pk. Much more of a KBS man since then but look, the OG still brings it. Coffee’s the star of the show.

Happy birthday to me!! One pour of bourbon and one Tennessee Fire & Coke already in the books. Righteous Michigan blueberries add to the already stellar KBS brew we all know and cherish.

This has been in my fridge three plus years giving me serious stink eye every time I reached in for another, newer beer. Espresso/coffee flavors remain rich & the barrel presence prevalent in every sip. Bottled 11/18/19.

Happy Easter weekend to all who celebrate. Powdered sugar and OMG yes, maple 🍁. Have I told you lately that I love maple?!? If not, NOW YOU KNOW!!!

Saturday is here! My beloved maple 🍁 wafting about IMMEDIATELY upon popping off the cap. Still ever-present with every cinnamon-packed sip. #10 of bae’s 12 beers of Christmas. Ever so pleased I have another FTB in the fridge 🤣

Victory beer. Saints about took my heart straight outta my chest today before winning 27-26! ⚜️⚜️ Moderate hazelnut with a burly barrel finish. WHO DAT!!

Bottled 8//27, on my dad’s birthday. Talk about a cinnamon presence! I’m a fanboy for cinnamon as a whole but here it is dominant - especially on the nose. Practically mutes the coffee that KBS is known for. Still glad I tried - thanks Mike B. 4 sharing.

Last of 4pk I bought in March 2019. First one I checked in (3/30/19) was a scant 24 days post-bottling. Almost a year between 3rd & this one. Barrel dominant from nose to tongue. Coffee moderate to mild. Another forgotten back-of-the-fridge gem. 😎
