Time might have done this wonders, I don't know. Some bright acidity followed by classic boon funk. Almost gives it some citrus forward action. Weird, whacky, enjoyable.

It's nice to see some classics being brought in again. One of the bigger stout bases I always loved. Bit too bitter when it was cold, mellowed out excellently as it warmed. Vanilla and coffee weren't super forward, but neither was the bourbon. Just enough

Nothing like fancy shower beers. This has all of some of my favourite boon, beersel and tilquin notes. Light funk and citrus, drinkability out the wazoo. Plus the added bonus of nearly taking my eye out with the cork before I could even finish the cage

I've been very up and down on this. Seemed like fenugreek as a maple substitute early, then got some sweet maple, then got a bit herbal again.. zero booze, drinkability is mixed. Pretty good, but not great. Old(er) can

Wow. Yeah... Maybe this is as bad as the average ratings say. I just saw mikkeller breakfast stout and grabbed.. cinnamon is good for about 1/8th of a second, everything else is absolutely over the top shart
