Paired with a salmon tatare with avocado and wasabi. Definetely not a bad rice lager - just tapped last thursday so very fresh- maybe too fresh! Sulphur in nose and mouth but also a nice sweetness as a rice lager should have. Not quite able to taste ➡️

Salmon tartare w avocado/wasabi paste. Sulphurous nose. Dry, crisp, sweetish with lemon notes. Balances the salmon with bready sweet notes.
