We had our friends from Y Not Brewing over to do what they do best, a heavy stout! This is a Dreamcake Imperial Stout. It has been made over 3 mashes and been boiling for 5 hours. We have added Coconut, Caramel & Vanilla and ends up with a dreamy beer at 12 %.

Full on ‘Drømmekage’ with loads of coconut, caramel, some vanilla, chocolate & loads of sweetness with significant warming booze. Sounds great on paper and the flavours are there, they just don’t really come together very nicely but fits the description

Duft: ekstraordinær! Eftersmag: kanon! Selve smagen: lettere uheldig…. Smager slet ikk som først antaget, når man dufter til bassen. En underlig syrlig smag fremfor sødme som man skulle tro. Ærgerligt, hold jer til IPA, Gamma 🍺
