Not a beer to drink with food. It has a nice acidity, and it has pleasant fruit aromas, but it gives a strong coconut punch in the end that sort of puts it in the dessert category.

Strange nose, w/ a body of pineapple and coconut that comes off more like a cleaning fluid. Finishes w/ decent flavor, but too much is off putting prior to the finish. I’ll drink it, but the Danish really need to experience good Gose’s by these ratings.

Tremenda gose, con mucho coco. Es luego una piña colada, con algo de acides y un buen final salado. Buenisima sin dudas!

Wat een mooi biertje. In balans, lichtzuur en licht zoet tegelijk. Ananas en kokos zijn subtiel aanwezig.

11 Jan 2022 can. Pours with a nice white head that lingers. Nose of coconut cream / milk and skewer-warmed pineapple chunks, with some small hop bitterness in the finish. This is an interesting beer: definitely yells “piña colada” but doesn’t taste like a
