Ennesima variazione sullo stile Gose: questa To Øl è aromatizzata come una Piña Colada: cocco e ananas si mescolano gradevolmente alle note acidule, anche più dello stile originale, e saline. L'effetto è assai beverino ed estivo e pertanto da promuovere.

En aroma se siente una leve oxidación, siento más el coco que la piña aunque no muy fuerte. En boca es agradablemente ácida, espesa y jugosa con final seco. Mucho mejor en sabor que olor
