Zoom beers 2 off to a delicious start. Once again ToØl have not set a foot wrong with this delicious, funky and subtly sweet beer. Once I can do so safely I have to get to Norway for these godsends on tap 😍

More than a Tonne?!?!A cherry explosion that carries no sweetness whatsoever. Lots of acid cutting through the fruit giving it a very tart and dry finish, almost tannic. It’s pairing quite well with my smoke laden dinner. This will be a bit much for some

これはトゥオールの中でもトップクラスに好きなラベルだな。もう少し遅い時間に撮ったらもっと映えそうだ。チェリーを使ったビールでこんなにチェリーが濃いのも初めてだな。さすが1t of…シリーズ。惜しいのは、グーズ飲んだ後というのもあるが、全然サワーに思えないところだ。フルーツビールとしては最高に美味しいよ！

You can definitely taste the cherry in this. Good, solid flavour but lacking in the pucker and high in acidity. Definitely a healthy change from washed out cherry sours tho.
