Em primeiro plano notas funk/ couro, fenólico, Brett, madeira, seguido por delicado cafe light roast e notas de pera e maça verde. Na boca o corpo é medio, carbonatação media baixa, sabor mais destacado é a acidez (m). Final é bem seco e retrogosto ácido
