Super tart at the beginning, but then fades into a (and I know this sounds crazy) bourbon-like sweetness. Let this linger at least a minute between sips so the flavor develops!

Nog roder dan de vorige. Bijna paars. Totaal anders qua smaak. Dit is echt een mead. Maar wel een heel fruitige. Niet voor niets Double Fruited. Ook heel lekker. Zeker met Pink Floyd op de achtergrond.
