No head. Aroma of primarily milk, slight cocoa. Hazelnut, milk and light umami, soy-sauce like flavour without being explicitly salty. Carbonated enough to not be cloying. Very heavy, coating mouthfeel. I’m almost unable to finish this taster. Not boozy.
