Savoury roasted meat and berries flavour for me. Pork / chicken / turkey and cranberry. Some sharpness on it. Bit of cola cubes?

Interesting a year on. Beautiful funky manure aroma. Has a sweetness now. Slight mead / cidery vibe. Boozy finish.

Hazelnut and big coffee tequila. Furry is a great description. Sweet but has a dry roasty kick. Booze yeah. Bit of choc.

I think the rating is a bit harsh on the this - it’s quite boozy but you do get limoncello- think it would be nice with some ice and tonic

I don’t know what to make of this. 20% 🍻 Medicinal lemon and honey

Lemoncello and ever increasing honey flavour. Citrus lemon drizzle sweet aroma. Cakey. Unbalanced. Boozy. Not a beer. Reminds me of my lemoncello honey krupnik shooter.

Chocolate and hazelnut, bit of forest fruit, coffee, salted caramel. Smooth and balanced. Chunk of maple syrup. Bloody gorgeous. Inbetween 4.25 and 4.5.

Malty and sweet, bitter and not terribly fun. Little citrus with the bitterness.

Sour, sweet and zingy. Peach, wood and almost brown sugar.

This is like having oysters with a vinegar mignonette sauce. Love it

The aroma reminds me of cactus flesh/sap, yuzu, grapefruit & lime atop earthy bitter cranberry flesh; taste is tart & tangy, dry & earthy, somewhere between beetroot & dried blackcurrant jam infused with lime juice; then sharp citrus & nettle-like sap.

Nose is plummy, red wine and a tiny square of dark chocolate. Acidic, oaky red wine body. Bit earthy, like windfall plums and some crumbled blue cheese. The acidity is a bit harsh but there are some lovely foraged fruit notes.

Delicious. Feels like a kind of breakfast smoothie beer but without the yoghurty thickness or creaminess.

Super dry tart raspberry craziness . I wanted more jamminess from it but still nice
