E reg: Icke-alkoholiserad suröl brukar vara rätt tråkigt, inte nu dock. Bra samarbete mellan syra och sötma, finns lite ölig maltsmak, stsbilt och gott.

Light sour with aromatic notes of summer flowers and lime. Light tropical sweetness. Very friendly and refreshing.

Floral, rosehip and slightly hoppy nose. Taste is somewhat sweet and slightly sour with floral rosehip petals. Ends with a slighty tart note. Quite decent non alcoholic beer.

If someone served this to me as a rhubarb and elderflower squash, it would have been likely to fool me if not for the slight hoppy dryness and the overall complexity of the fermented flavour profile.
