Deep, juicy stone fruit. Skin on peach and apricot dominates. Soft sourness and hints of digestive biscuits throughout. Light tannins add a subtle dryness to the finish.

Definite apricot on the nose, zesty texture, solid apricot and peach flavours light the palate with a memory of summer, plummy fruit-fleshy aftertaste. How apricots _should_ be treated in beer!
