Slightly hazy yellow white head. Light sweet bitter,, malt ligght caramel fruity hops citrus bitter orange - peel pine. Medium body average carbonation bitter finish. 070124

Second go at this one. You have to drink the christmas beers when they are here (not that this one is christmassy at all)

Let humle duft sammen med sødlig malt. Smagen er til gengæld dejlig bitter. Lidt sjovt den dufter så lidt af humle og dog gar en rigtig dejlig smag af det. Faktisk en rigtig go ipa

Creamy and full “beer of the day” - think that probably just means they want to get rid of the Christmas beer though

"The Christmas Tree is a bright, crisp and refreshing West Coast Double IPA brewed with five different American hops giving it a moderate bitterness". Den bekommer mig vel lige nu. Dejligt tør, bitter, harpiksagtig og piney.

Citrus, stone fruit and pine resin. On the sweet side but with pleasant hoppy bitterness which is almost at the point of balancing it out. Good enough.
