Sensory Session #27: mahogany color and a nice off-white head. Nose dominated by "Maggi-Würze", lovage, maple Syrup. Brown ale at the pallate, aromatic-herbal, umami, caramel-nutty, lite body. Tangy finish with coffee flavors.

Vanvittig god øl. En Brown Ale der har lagret en måneds tid på svampe. Har en rigtig god kraftig smag.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I would rate it 5 if the taste was just as amazing as the smell is. Really good though. Dominating taste of Demerara sugar.

Damn. That maple earthieness with roasty notes and freaking liquid petrichor. May not be for everyone, but this pushes so many buttons for me. It is both delicious and elicits emotion from me.

Intressant brown ale, toner av choklad, lönnsirap, torkad frukt. Kanske något tunnare än väntat. Trevligt öl till bra köttmiddag.
