Sensory Session #27: mahogany color and a nice off-white head. Nose dominated by "Maggi-Würze", lovage, maple Syrup. Brown ale at the pallate, aromatic-herbal, umami, caramel-nutty, lite body. Tangy finish with coffee flavors.

Sensory Session #27: black, opaque color and an off-white head. Chili nose with roasted malts. The Chilis feeling tangly on the to guess. Expected more "milky" sweetness. Taste is dominated by Chilis. Rather lite body, faint chocolate at finish.

Limbo Yuzu Messias

Cloudy, pale yellow color and a white head. Nose is citric and a little grainy. Taste is fruity, tart, sour. Nice yuzu, lemon flavors .nice!
