En mærkelig bitterhed jeg ikke brød mig om.. Virker ikke helt afrundet, lidt sprittet.. Har potentiale efter længere lagring..

• new job, still alive, double JUVE victory… what a week! • excellent earthy/ashy note’s which seems to be the Fanø stamp in ImpyS • slightly more fruity (dark stoned) notes in a so-to-speak coffee wrap • the rather cold serving temp suits the FanøS

Nice full bodied IS with dark fruits, soy and burnt malts. Some BBA sweetness, but nicely leveled.
