Markant mere malttung end jeg husker den og med mindre klassisk saisonpræg. OP på malt & NED på gær = Biere De Garde? Bortset fra det en smagfuld og fyldig øl.

Rigtig velsmagende øl. Men for fyldig og fed til at være en rigtig Saison.

Pretty decent Saison. Malty-yeasty aroma. Light pissy color. Light bodied. Yeasty, malty, lightly fruity taste. Weirdly pairing it with mussels gave a strong mango after !!!

A toast to my 5th great-grandfather who was a doctor in this town in the 1830s. Skål! This farmhouse is really good!
