Kahvista paahdetta ja sopiva katkeroinen päätös. Hieman tasapainoa kaipailee kuitenkin runkoon. Mantelimaitoinen kulku. Lämmetessä esillä jokin etäinen happamuus.

En stout med tilpas bitterhed og ikke for meget sødme.. Det er ikke banebrydende, men rigtig godt håndværk!

Shared 330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 9%. Black colour, small tan head. Aroma of roast malts, dark chocolate, mild coffee and liquorice. Rich and medium sweet flavour with the same elements as in the aroma, chocolate and liquorice dominate.

Lidt mærkeligt at de selv skriver at så mørk en øl med 9+% bør nydes ved 6-8grader, da jeg synes den virker lige kold nok. Men god øl, med chokolade og lidt kaffe måske.

God maltsmag og lakrids, kaffe, karamel. Svag karbonering, medium krop. God alkohol eftersmag og bitterhed
