Havent had a barley wine like this before. Almost tastes more like mead. Its sweet, honey or perhaps sugar sirupy / molasses like. With a noticeable but fair booze punch comming in behind the sweetness. Interesting.

Lys, relativt frisk, søtlig og mye alkoholvarme. Ikke helt som engelske BW, men helt OK. Fungerer ok til en heftig lam tikka masala 😁

Deep golden clear BW. Sweet malty and boozy nose. Elegant take with a sweet boozy flavour reminding of honey. Velvety body with a soft yet boozy expression and a caramelly malty composition. Quite deep, hides the percentage super well. Long deep sweet end

Like this man - sweet, strong and tasteful. Balanced however devoted to the softer aspects of life. The texture was in all it’s simpleness thicc and complex and if I didn’t know any better I would have thought honey was the main ingredient.

Malty both in aroma and taste. Very sweet and has a flavour profile reminiscent of honey. Has a caramelly and toasty ever so slightly bitter ending. Great bonfire beer 🔥
