Anvil

Lager - American Light

Anvil is our first try at an American Light Lager - taking inspiration from some of our favorite breweries on the West Coast, and their crispy, hoppy light lagers. Brewed with the palest malt around, as well as corn for that extra lightness - and hopped generously with one of our favorite US hops - Mosaic in both 702, T90 & Cryo formats. The malt backbone on this one makes the beer super light in color & flavor, think a slight crackery note paired with corn flakes, but what really takes center stage is the Mosaic hops. We get loads of blueberry kush, grapefruit, tangerine, floral elements & a touch of tropical fruit. This is a beer we will be quenching our thirst with all summer, and hey we might even pour it in red cups, or do a keg stand!
