Green Godfather

IPA - American

Green Godfather is a new DDH Modern West Coast IPA, brewed in collaboration with Jeppe from Hazy Bear. We were sad to see Hazy Bear go out of business, so we wanted to honor our friendship with Jeppe, and the memory of Hazy Bear with a collab. It features Mosaic, HBC 586 Cryo, Citra, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin and the new experimental Freestyle Maui Nelson Sub-Zero Hop Kief - a flowable Nelson Sauvin hop extract, infused with New Zealand Pineapple! We went full Pineapple Express with this beer, trying to emphasize the pineapple nuances from the kief. Expect a burst of pineapple ganja, pineapple gummies, guava, diesel, and lemon pith!

You can see it has great potential and excellent taste but my issue is that due to very low carbonation the taste just kind of dies and also results in no real aroma where obv a lot of taste comes from
