Barrel aging was fine, a little too watery. More like a light porter

Dark brown Imp BA coffee stout. Roasted malty coffee nose. Take mimics nose. Full body with a dark roasted malty character. Coffee through and through. A bit unbalanced bitterness. Long dark malty finish

Souvenirtje vanuit Nordjylland.

But a barrel aged version?

Mycket bra!

Massive imperial stout. Full of nuts, coffee, pleasingly bittersweet. Rich toffee aroma.

God fylde. Barrel age smages også. Originalen er lige lidt bedre. Men god øl.

Black roasted malty nose. Clear roasted malty take with bitter chocolate and coffee notes alongside a subtle whisky oak aroma that lingers in the back. Long lasting bitter end.

Stærkt, men virkelig lækker øl

My first time with this beer.. Nice barrel notes that dries out and the palette. The coffee seems to be a bit sky here after 2 years in a can, but still noticeable. Some síps are like a lite chocolate milk with a bitter finish.
