For this second round of Braufrisch we bring you "BAYER": BAYER is a 5% ungespundet Kellerbier hopped and dry-hopped with Hersbrucker and Saphir hops. We've tried to create a true Franconian-style Kellerbier, which is characterized by soft, decadent maltiness, and lower bitterness than what we usually give our lagers. Ungespundet means that it is not fermented under pressure - which gives a slightly more pronounced yeast profile, and helps create a more rustic Lager - which is very fitting for a Franconian-style Kellerbier.

“Chr-4-Tal Pilsnerfestival”! Fine hoppy smell - really like the idea of a Dry Hopped Kellerbier. Very soft and malty - without sweetness. Missing some bitterness and a crisp touch. Very easy drinkable for non-beerr drinkers. Becoming very watery

Golden cloudy keller. Grainy and floral hoppy nose. Crisp take with a grainy node and a floral hint. Light body with a continuous grainy malty character slowly evolving with a cereal influence and floral hoppy profile. Sweet balance. Short clean finish
