Minder om en klassisk bock-øl. Sødme fra karamel, som balancerer fint. Lidt tam og ikke den mest spændende juleøl

Slight diacetyl in the nose at first, but this doesn't ruin the picture, as the beer stays rather caramel driven throughout. Dry and moderately sweet.

Taster from Ulrik. Aroma has diacetyl. Palate is luckily not diacetyl but just sweet caramel which suits a light bock just fine. But something is just not spot on.
