Loved this at Monk’s for the last Zwanze and also enjoyed at the brewery in Brussels a couple years before that, but this bottle isn’t great. Sharp acid and ketchup with some earthy rhubarb type notes along with grape skins.

Une St Lam mais plus intense qu’une « régulière ». C’est pas du tout sour et très facile à boire.
