Sour and has that lovely lambic odor. My partner in drink says this is as close to a raspberry lambic as Cantillon gets. I'd rather drink this than look for clues, or clews.

Ma femme a un nouveau job, donc on a fêté ça at home confinés. Un petit plaisir doux, acidulé, à fine bulles à la couleur d'un nuage éclaboussé pour des longueurs d'ondes rosées 🥰🍷

Heavy sourness and a bit acidic. Pleasant raspberry fruitiness. Sweet, dry and tarty aftertaste. Woody and oak aromas. Really aromatic and rich for a lambic. 4.1

Flavor is somewhat between whine and a beer. Definitely sour and fruity with distinctive raspberry flavor. Quite dry with oaky flavor.

Rosé de Gambrinus, batch octobre 2014. Bonne acidité, très marquée sour.

Sour and tart, bit of sweetness, earthy and oaky notes and a good bit raspberries as well. Pretty straight forward, good lambic!

Beer 3314 - really fruity. Zippy mouthfeel. Minute sourness. Bitter finish. Drying too. Throughly enjoyed.
