I’m glad to have gotten to share this. It’s such a well done beer. I’m not sure I could take one to the dome though. Who am I kidding. Of course I could.

Berriew on nose. Raspberries blend beautifully with light lambic. Perfection in a bottle

I don't get to properly use this glassware enough. Still my favorite "used to be shelfie" Cantillon. Incredibly delicious!

Roja como la cereza, pero mate. Giste efímero blanquecino. Aroma agridulce. Algo ácida, fluída. Dulce, seca, intensa, sin empalagar, como pasa con las nectarinas. Regusto agridulce.

Napia aframbuesada, ácida. Giste fino, cremoso y casi rosáceo. C° finísimo. Sabor brutal y persistente hasta el regusto: afrutado, inicio ácido con final sutil dulce y un poco seco. Muy fina y equilibrada. Brutal!

Djeezus, ja dit is prachtig, de alcoholpercentage is te laag eigenlijk qua smaak, heeft dus meer body dan verwacht. Dit is eigenlijk te perfect. Geweldige sour!!!!

Sehr geil! Das Lambic steht im Vordergrund mit guter Säure! Die Himbeeren sind gut Präsent, aber fügen sich perfekt ein, ohne künstlich zu schmecken Oder zu überlagern! Super abgerundet, lecker!
