Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

Says great for aging yet hides the vintage in tiny font. But why? Pretty wack that it has a genuine spirit barrel aged vibe when it's been ages in beer barrels. But it's fab and would age super well. Dried fruit, huge date and fig notes. Barrel boozy

World Wide Stout (2016)

Just chillin in the discount bin! Aged beautifully, would love to compare with a fresh one, though if the residual heat here is any indication that'd light me on fire. Port, raisins, brandy, sherry, dark chocolate, espresso grounds. A real killer beer.

Más Agave Grapefruit

Bubblegum, heavy syrupy malts behind a kinda sour bitter grapefruit candy beer. It's fine.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020)

Super Dry finish but much fruitier and brainier, but also more watery than I remember. Deliscious, but less funky and sour.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions)

Perhaps my single favourite lambic in the world. The single vintage is highly complex with white grape, green apple (skin), bell and black peppery notes. Creamy, but also light and dry. Such an incredibly underrated beer.

Rosé de Gambrinus

As great as ever, more tart and lacking that juicy raspberry seed vibe I'm used to but it's still fantastic
