Afsluiter van deze zonovergoten dag ☀️ 1 en 2 jaar oude Cantillon lambiek met frambozen. De zuren van de Framboos geven het een frisse boost. Met 5% abv drinkt dit wel heel makkelijk weg, maar in de afdronk proef je ook de Cantillon c’est bon kwaliteit.

Le gars qui commande une bière dans un bar a vin Gros bouquet au nez c’est malade. En bouche un peu fade en comparaison, très acide.

Zacht rood, nog redelijk goede schuimkraag voor een geuze. Fruitig, zacht brett aroma. Zuur, beetje astrigent. Lekkere geuze.
