Seriously sharp and tart. Quite balsamic with a sweet raspberry finish. Think it’s my first Cantillon and worth the hype.

Sweet and sour aroma like raspberries, with a gorgeous rose-like fragrance. Clear on the palate, with a gorgeous raspberry-like acidity. Clear on the back palate.
