Green apple tartness on the nose. Smooth and only slightly tart, but dry as hell. Those green apple flavours have fermented beautifully into light cider notes with a hint of oak. Stunning.

Golden with a tiny white thin head. Marmalade and apricot with a hint of smoky bacon. Phenolics and funk with a clean finish. White wine like. Softened a wee bit since we cellared it. Quite delicious

Familiar smell of the funky wild. Lager colour but anything but. Soft and zingy. Lime zest and grapefruit. Surprisingly watery and makes me think of white wines I’ve enjoyed. Appreciate its novelty and makes it way into a fun tasting.

Dirty raspberry/pink grapefruit juice colour. Lemon smoky raspberry. Sharp as vinegar and full of funk. This has been resting since 2019 and has gathered up its uncompromising fruity length and tartness around it.

Super murky wild haze with the odd freckle of sedement. Dark cherry, pink grapefruit colour. Tart, sour, bold and full. Spicy red berries. Full of acidity. Refined and raw.

Pale amber colour. Lemon and phenols with some smoke and a sweetish finish on the nose. Full bodied and dry with the distinct funk and smoke alongside crisp acidity, bitterness and a long lingering bitter/lemon citrus finish. Not like any other thing

Proper weird beer. A wheaty, doughy sourness with a slick oily finish. I don’t eat olives but my girlfriend maintains it isn’t like eating olives. I think it’s a bit olivey but what do I know?

It’s been a while since I’ve had this. Deep and opaque red colour. Spicy lemon/raspberry with a hint of smoky complexity. The fruit really leads the way this makes it easy to drink. Despite the sour length and slightly bitter finish.

Vibrant vibrant pink red. Gunmetal smoke on the nose with some fresh fruit underneath, then savoury. A pink point intense fruit and funk; expressing as smoke, then jam then intensely tart. The spanking fresh fruit balances. Huge and lasts for hours.
