I don't get to properly use this glassware enough. Still my favorite "used to be shelfie" Cantillon. Incredibly delicious!

A bit of lambic funk on the nose, followed by tart raspberries, just a touch of sweetness with a long fruit finish, slightly tannic. Superb as ever.

Wow this is lovely. The sour taste is lovely, the aroma is great, this is great. I think it's my first Cantillon. Very tart, very fruity.
