Very flat, the white grape flavor goes well with the lambic, some amazing rest sweetness to round it off, in its relative simplicity it might be my favorite Cantillon so far

Aroma has a hint of nail polish which is a little weird but not disturbing. Red grapes, wine, cherries, very rich and full beer.

Apple/apple compote, very round and balanced after such a long time in the bottle. Otherwise dry, tart, musty. astonishingly high carbonization! Great craftsmanship!

Tough one! Manure, horse blanket, very funky, dry, kind of hard to taste or smell the blueberries. Not quite approachable

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave Капуста
Very nice clear bright red color with a super fine pink head. Aroma and flavor dominated by beetroot, a bit earthy, high carbonization, surprisingly crisp, with the expected funkyness. Good one!

Bit of funk, citrusy, green apple, würzig, sour linger, quite a complex one, very well made. Funk is super subtle, refreshing, well rounded. Overall very enjoyable!
