Superbe robe carmin, mais malgré une complexité certaine moins emballé qu'avec la kriek cantillon, celle ci est un poil trop sucrée à mon goût, il manque la saveur typique du lambic

Finalement je revois ma note à la baisse. Le pairing était encore très bon (pistache / rose), en revanche la bière m'a parue plus acide et aigre que lors de la première dégustation 🤷♀️

This has an apple cider vinegar nose with an initially very tart raspberry flavour but as it warms up its mellows and the raspberries are more discernible. It’s like no framboise I’ve had though and I’m perplexed by descriptions of it being sweet!? 🤔
