Surprised I never checked this in before. Fresh a fresh-ish bottling. So bright, deep and perfect.

Gorgeous. Raspberries present in the best way - complimenting the tartness but also giving a hint of sweetness, and just so much of their natural flavour. Obviously backed up by wonderful geuze, giving a tart fruit yoghurt experience. 👌

What a phenomenal brew. Brightly tart cherry. Raspberries right from the bush, some hibiscus. Lightly yeasty, like a scone. As little bit of barrel funk. Great way to celebrate a night of fundraising for CEF!

Cherry, raspberry, hibiscus, rose water notes in aroma & flavor, balanced perfectly w/ tart & sour notes, finishing w/ funky lambic & barrel components. The flavors really move back &forth, @ no single moment is one more dominant; harmonious. Cheers, CEF!
