Lovely brew, but keeping it for 2 years turns out to be too long. Lost some of it fruitiness and funk, became more acidic

Aromas of raspberry jam, red berries, touch of almond. Flavours of raspberry jam, tart red fruits, quite a dry number. Tart dry aftertaste.

Very complex beer, not sure what I expected, but not this 🤣 Subtle raspberry, nose leads with vinegar/ wine notes, taste is sour, raspberry, oak. Decidedly not as sweet as expected.

Sauer, apfelessig-sauer mit sehr fruchtiger Note von Himbeeren. Der erste Schluck ist heftig, danach wird es angenehmer und man möchte mehr davon.
